The POCO M3 houses a 6000mAh Removable NiMH 500 mAh battery cell — one of the largest batteries in the smartphone market. This massive capacity translates to comfortable 2-day usage for moderate users, or a full heavy-use day with screen-on time potentially exceeding 10 hours.

Wired charging tops out at 18W (Qualcomm Quick Charge). While not the fastest, it keeps charging times reasonable for overnight or desk-charging habits. Specifically, 0-50% takes approximately 60 min minutes, with a full charge completing in around 18 min minutes.

The charging ecosystem extends beyond basic fill-ups: battery health management (Basic). The battery health features are particularly noteworthy — they help maintain long-term battery capacity by intelligently managing charge cycles, meaning the POCO M3 should hold its charge capacity better over 2-3 years of ownership.

Note that a charger is not included in the box. To achieve the full 18W charging speed, you'll need a compatible USB-C PD adapter, typically costing $20-40 extra. Using a lower-wattage charger will work but charge significantly slower.
